Step 1 has been done for you (you are logged in as a guest student). To enter numbers use the onscreen keypad or your keyboard.

Make sure you have a microphone and speakers, or a headset.

Dial the number using the phone displayed on screen.

Press the green button to place the call.

Press the red button to hang up.

There's help available in the support forum. You may want to check you have java installed and if you don't you can get the Java installer here.
